Powering Up Ivy
Ivy does not automatically boot up when connected to power. To turn Ivy on, press the back button.
Note: In some cases, the button's connection may not be strong enough due to the cushion cover. Ensure you feel a click when pressing the button to confirm it’s properly engaged.
Screen Remains Dark While Ivy Appears Online In App
If Ivy appears online in the app but the screen remains dark, check the screen brightness setting and ensure it is set to a value above 20.
If the issue persists, force shut down Ivy by holding the back button for over 10 seconds, then press again to reboot.
Screen Remains Dark Even When Connected to Power
If the screen remains dark even when Ivy is connected to power, try using a different charger.
Note: For Ivy units produced before March 2025, they do not support PD chargers or certain high-power chargers.
For Ivy units produced after March 2025, a LED at the back of Ivy indicates the power status.
Backlight On, but No Content on the Screen
If you see the backlight on the screen but no content, follow these steps:
Force Shutdown: Hold the back button for over 10 seconds to force Ivy to shut down. Then press the back button again to reboot.
